Sweetpotato Crunch
Ingredients
3 cups cooked mashed sweet potatoes
1 cup of white sugar
2 eggs well beaten
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp sherry flavoring
1 tsp butter flavoring
1/3 stick butter
1/2 cup of milkTopping:
1/3 cup flour
1 cup of brown sugar
1 stick butter
1 cup chopped pecans
Directions
Mix all ingredients.
In a separate bowl, mix the topping ingredients
Spoon topping mixture onto casserole
Bake at 350 for 40 minutes
