Sweetpotato Crunch

Ingredients

  • 3 cups cooked mashed sweet potatoes

  • 1 cup of white sugar

  • 2 eggs well beaten

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1 tsp sherry flavoring

  • 1 tsp butter flavoring

  • 1/3 stick butter

  • 1/2 cup of milkTopping:

  • 1/3 cup flour

  • 1 cup of brown sugar

  • 1 stick butter

  • 1 cup chopped pecans

Directions

  • Mix all ingredients.

  • In a separate bowl, mix the topping ingredients

  • Spoon topping mixture onto casserole

  • Bake at 350 for 40 minutes
