Directions
1.Mix all the above ingredients together in a large mixing bowl until well blended.
2. Pour into a 2 qt. buttered baking dish.
3. Sprinkle with topping.
4. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
Topping Ingredients
½ stick butter (melted)
1-cup brown sugar
½ cup self-rising flour
1-cup pecans (chopped)
Directions
1. Melt butter and stir in the brown sugar.
2. Add self-rising flour and mix well.
3. Stir in pecans and mix until crumbly.
4. Sprinkle over sweetpotato mixture and bake.
